What data do we collect?
- data voluntarily provided by users (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, inquiry content),
- customer data necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract (address, invoice details, travel organization data).
Purposes of data processing
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- preparing and sending offers,
- contacting regarding services,
- concluding and performing a contract,
- customer service,
- conducting marketing activities (only with consent).
Legal basis for processing
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – actions aimed at concluding or performing a contract,
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax, accounting),
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent (e.g. newsletter subscription),
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests of the Controller (e.g. protection against claims, business communication).
Data retention period
Data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose, and thereafter for the period required by law or until consent is withdrawn.

- accounting and legal service providers,

- foreign partners involved in medical travel organization (clinics, hotels, carriers – only to the extent necessary to provide the service).
